FOR HOLIDAY RENTAL PROPERTY OWNERS

 

The sites listed below offer holiday rental property owners the opportunity to advertise their properties free of charge on the English-speaking, Spanish, French, Belgian and Dutch markets.

 

Please note: experienced rental property owners will tell you that free listings sites don't deliver anywhere near as many enquiries or bookings as paid listings sites. This is logical - free sites don't have the financial resources to market their sites that paid sites do. Owners should therefore invest in listing their property on some paid sites first, but once that budget is spent, free listings sites only require an investment of a few minutes of your time, and could certainly lead to bookings.

I have highlighted in yellow the sites from which I have received the most enquiries, and in blue the sites which have generated bookings for me (during the trial period in the case of trial-period sites), but please note that I haven't got around to listing my property on all of the sites, by a long way, so this should not be seen as a negative reflection on the non-highlighted ones.
